We try our best to ship out all orders within 3 to 5 working days and issue tracking numbers from the 6th day through 10th day. If you have not receive a tracking number for your paid order please exercise some patience till the 10th day from when your order was placed and send a tracking request if it still hasn’t been issued. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be resolved accordingly.
All our paid shipping takes 10 to 20 days to arrive from the day you get shipping confirmation.
We do not issue any tracking numbers for our promo orders as it ships directly from our factory (International) with slow shipping. So it will take anywhere from 10 to 50 business days to arrive.
To check on the status of your orders, please login to your account and click on orders, then click on the order number. This will display the status of the order to you.
Processing: Means that we have received your order and getting it ready to ship.
Completed: Means that your order has been shipped.
On-Hold: Means that there is a problem with your order.
Refunded: Means that we have refunded your order.
Please also note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
